It is an add-in, which integrates with Microsoft Project and allows you to expand the capabilities of Microsoft Project in terms of planning, reporting, and communication in construction and manufacturing projects.
PRO PM Ex-Change allows you to organize automatic data export to Microsoft Excel of planned data and automatic import of actual data to Microsoft Project, to facilitate reporting on the actual amount of work performed on the construction site
PRO PM Ex-Change simplifies the calculation of the percentage of complete and automatically calculates – the % complete, the % work complete and the physical % complete, regardless of how many work or material resources are assigned to the task
PRO PM Ex-Change allows you to automatically send an e-mail to the responsible person for importing an actual data in Microsoft Excel and automatically upload the filled file with the actual data from the mail
