The system covers the basic needs of project managers so that they can manage projects efficiently and quickly.<\/p>\n
With Power PPM, we have centralized our activities and now we don’t need to log in to multiple systems or keep anything in mind. Each user has personalized access from any device that is connected to the Internet. You can quickly share information with management, cross-colleagues, or your team.<\/p>\n
Power PPM users include project managers, portfolio managers, project office managers, top management, project committee members, and financial experts.<\/p>\n
With Team Planner, we can see the free workforce and its workload, balance and plan the employment of human capital by project teams, roles, projects, vacancies, or portfolio resources (Fig. 4).<\/p>\n

Team and changes. For or against<\/h5>\n
Alongside the digital transformation, MHP has been transforming the company from a raw material to a culinary company for more than three years. So change is a familiar environment for the entire team to develop. But for the team not to lose efficiency, adaptation is required. Two aspects are most important in this regard: technical stabilization of the tool and working with the human factor.<\/p>\n
Technical stabilization of the tool is the period of setting up the functionality and business processes that should optimize this system. The technical support of the implementation company is important for this process. With the LEO Consulting team, this process was efficient and prompt.<\/p>\n
The quality of work with the human factor, namely with the project team and end users, affects the company’s resilience to change and the speed of adoption of these changes. Therefore, one of the first steps is to involve the team – those who are directly working on the implementation of the solution. The best option is when the team ambassadors the product, and drives the processes, when everyone feels personally responsible for the overall result. It is also extremely important to communicate the value of the tool to end users – you need to communicate why this system is needed, how it can improve work and daily operational processes, and why this tool should replace the previous ones that people are already used to.<\/p>\n
When these two blocks are properly executed, colleagues begin to proactively initiate additional ideas and contribute to the development of the product themselves.<\/p>\n
About the Project Office<\/h5>\n
Despite all the challenges of wartime in Ukraine, our company continues to operate steadily and makes a significant contribution to the financial and economic stability of the state. We systematically invest in the country’s economy not only by paying taxes but also by implementing investment projects. In particular, $11 million was allocated for digital transformation in 2023.<\/p>\n
The Project Office is the digital front office within the IT Directorate that leads this digital transformation.<\/p>\n
Before the full-scale invasion, the project office had 11 employees, but now the team has more than doubled to 25 employees.<\/p>\n
For new team members, we have an onboarding stage to help them join the processes as stress-free as possible. This includes a role in the Project Office team, up-to-date instructions and manuals, including Projectum solutions, as well as support for the entire adaptation period.<\/p>\n

lessons learned on how to create an IT ecosystem:<\/h5>\n
1) prepare for changes and communicate about them with the team. People and the company should be ready for changes, and the involvement of the leadership team as sponsors of transformations is crucial. Be sure to explain to end users the importance of using a particular tool, as they are the ones who will bring the company closer to achieving its strategic goals through their activities.<\/p>\n
2) set up business processes: they should be clear, transparent, and organized.<\/p>\n
If we take a project management information system as an example, it must fully comply with the project management methodology. In our case, we were catching up with this methodology after the implementation of the information system. But it should have been the other way around: first of all, the methodology, and then its automatization.<\/p>\n
3) The team must feel the need for optimization through participation. If business processes are well-established, if the team has lived through them from start to finish, then everyone involved is more likely to proactively adopt any tool that automates and facilitates their work.<\/p>\n
The future of the company<\/h5>\n
The modern IT infrastructure and ecosystem make it possible to quickly scale solutions and provide even more opportunities for team development. The tools we use at MHP are quite flexible and easy to customize, which makes it possible to set them up quickly. The company has ambitious goals and large-scale long-term plans, so I think that, in particular, thanks to solutions like Power PPM, we are ready for serious digital and project challenges.<\/p>\n
